Ideal Crawl Spaces LLC provides a 25-Year Limited Workmanship Warranty on qualifying installation work performed by our company, beginning upon substantial completion of the covered work.

This warranty covers defects in the workmanship of the specific services included in the original written proposal. Coverage is subject to the written warranty agreement, including its exclusions and claim procedures. It does not cover unrelated preexisting conditions, damage caused by outside sources, unauthorized alterations, or equipment defects covered by a manufacturer’s warranty.

Ideal Crawl Spaces LLC offers a Lifetime Mold and Fungus Guarantee for qualifying sealed crawl spaces when expressly included in the customer’s written warranty documentation.

The guarantee applies to covered, treated surfaces within the original project scope, provided the crawl space remains properly sealed and the moisture-management and conditioning systems specified for the project are maintained and operated as designed.

The guarantee does not cover mold or fungal recurrence caused or contributed to by uncontrolled water intrusion, plumbing leaks, equipment failures left unaddressed, neglected maintenance, unauthorized modifications, or conditions outside the covered work. The remedy for an eligible claim is corrective treatment of the affected covered surfaces, subject to the written warranty terms.

Warranty coverage varies according to the services performed and the specific project. Customers receive written warranty terms identifying applicable coverage, conditions, exclusions, and claim procedures.

Customers must provide written notice of a potential warranty claim and allow Ideal Crawl Spaces LLC a reasonable opportunity to inspect the affected area before permanent corrective work is performed by others, except when immediate action is reasonably necessary to prevent injury or further damage.

Manufacturer warranties apply separately to applicable equipment. All warranty coverage is subject to the applicable written agreement and governing law.
